I am committed to helping interested patients access treatment. After an initial consultation, we will discuss a fee that makes sense for your situation and the frequency of our work together, with the goal of creating an arrangement that is sustainable over time.

I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans. Patients using out-of-network benefits are responsible for payment directly. I provide the necessary documentation for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
